Jasmyne Gunn, is terrible with customer service. Very rude. Horrible human being. This is my second time I went here. First time she was very rude, came back a second time, brought up the time prior I was there, like she was still in highschool. Also, Isabel Salas seems like she is very new and does not know what she is doing. Place is a disaster. A 2/3 min transaction takes over 20min. Not to mention I was the only person in the place. I am so happy that Columbia bank has come to Livingston. Everyone who works there is pleasant and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to do business with a "people friendly" bank. Their on line banking is great too.
