Haven't been to this branch, but EVERY single one of the branches I've been to are awesome (seattle, bellevue, renton). Also, their online customer service is amazing. I swear I don't know a better customer service dept currently. Almost every company sucks including google, facebook, some offline ones (Amazon's not bad), but a majority of customer service depts could learn from this one.
