Columbia Autoworks is the real deal. They are honest mechanics and really care about their customers. Anytime I've dropped my car with them, I know their priority is getting my car back in safe, reliable shape. I recently had a minor leak in a power steering pump that they had replaced a year ago, and they replaced the part without question. Highly recommended.

They Advertise a Free Diagnostic but Do Not Tell You Until Later That It's $ 150 Dollars If You Do Not Have The Repairs Done There.. They Are Not Very Friendly Either However They Do A Extensive Test and Seem To Know What They Are Doing.
Columbia Autoworkd has mad mechanical skills and great customer service! My clutch gave out at a Portland intersection so I asked a pedestrian if she knew of a good mechanic. “Columbia Autoworks,” she replied. “They’ll take good care of you.” What an understatement! They accommodated my crazy going out of town schedule, contacted me with estimates and options, fixed my car to a T, and even assisted me in getting back on the road and on my adventures across the West.
