Horrible experience with billing and scheduling appointments. I had three different appointments to get a simple skin test after a referral from my primary care doctor. Each "visit" required a separate copay which easily could have been done under one visit. The physicians were extremely late to appointments and even missed a virtual session. Went to get my shots today 08/21/2023 and they were closed. Note on door Filed for bankruptcy. No warning and no chance to get medical records before hand. Thanks
the receptionist wasted 2 hours of my time.. When I called & scheduled an appt, they verified my insurance and said my insurance works. Later when I went there the same receptionist looked at my insurance card and said they are not working with my insurance provider. They should have mentioned this when I scheduled an appt with them..
If I could rate them a zero I would. The phone system never works. The front desk people are rude. I drove 40 mins to an appointment I was told to show up to only to be told I can't be seen because I need a referral. Terrible experience.
Great, friendly helpful staff! The PA I saw was wonderful, super kind attentive and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough
