I was previously represented by Mr. Coluccio for a hotly disputed liability automobile collision. He was able to get an arbitration award 100 percent in my favor (defendant found to be completely liable). The defense then appealed the decision. Thereafter, he was able to settle the case. I have know Kevin personally for years and knew he was a highly competent and compassionate attorney. This was confimed recently when I needed his assistance in resolving a settlement matter with my minor child from a previously settled auto accident. Kevin worked diligently to resolve the matter in the trying COVID times. The outcome, while delayed due to the pandemic, could not have worked out better. Thanks Kevin.
Working with Kevin and his team was about as good as you could hope for after being in a car crash. I gave him a call a couple hours after the crash, and from that moment forward he had total control of the process, steps that needed to be taken, and communication with both insurance companies. He was able to negotiate my PIP repayment down as well, which directly kept thousands of my settlement dollars in my own pocket. I cannot recommend him enough to anybody who has been in a car crash.
