Dr. Prudnick is great. He takes the time to explain all of the options for treatment. Unfortunately whoever I talked to when setting up the appointment grilled me big time like I was trying to pull over something on her. I called in May and was told flat out that the first available appointment was in August. When I met with the Dr. he was not happy about that and very disappointed with the staff. Hopefully this won't happen again when i call for an appointment.
With 34 years of a kidney stone history I've had the joy of meeting many urologist. One of my favorites has retired, the other is too far away for emergencies, Dr Prudnick is my new favorite. He treats you as a person, goes beyond expectation to care for my specific needs, when I celebrate he celebrates with me when I get not such good news he is very.supportive. in my mind he knows the nature of urology inside and out. I would recommend him.to all facing urology issues.
