Colton was awesome before being bought out by Hub. My agent left and I was never notified by anyone taking over. When Hub took over, I was never able to get a hold of anyone. I had to physically drive to the office to talk to anyone. No one ever called me for anything except after I cancelled my policy. It was then, that anyone even cared that I existed. This was one of the worst insurance agencies I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking with. They were rude. At one point, the agent hadn’t realized the phone wasn’t hung up and I could hear them talking badly about the questions I had asked. I would never recommend this agency to ANYONE. Very disappointed in my experience. Less than one star.
Very very poor customer service here. I disagree the issue is resolved. The owner would be wise to listen to what happened to me. Being in business for years - you should value a customer more than I was. There was a lot more going on with my issue that you wanted to hear. I have been refunded the money that was taken from my escrow account but with no explanation that is satisfactory regarding why that amount ever came out. Someone in your employ does not know what they are doing.
