Chris is a straight shooter. I can reccomend Chris as a Real Estate Agent without reservation. Chris had our interest as buyers number 1 and not just trying to close the deal to get a commission. He operated professionally throughout the buying process. Very very responsive, answered all of our questions quickly, and negotiated the best deal for us. Working with Chris was awesome! He doesn't add stress to an already stressful process!! I came from out of state and purchased my house mostly based on his honesty and description of the property. Once here the home proved to be exactly what I expected. Couldn't be happier. I recommend coltmor Realty and Chris's with 5 of 5 stars!!!
