They will sell you a vehicle that is not safe or fit to drive. They will provide a fake certificate of inspection and when your vehicle doesn't pass inspection, they will ignore you and keep your money. These are not men of their word and they don't care if they put you in a vehicle that could kill you or endanger others on the road. Do not trust them.
