The apartments themselves are gorgeous, but the area is horrible. I moved in under the understanding that it was the "safest" zip code/area in Hartford. What a lie. There are around 4 homeless shelters within a block/2 blocks from the apartment complex. I was mugged twice going to and from my car to get into the building, the security guy takes off around 9pm and doesnt come back. It is very unsafe.
