Colt Construction replaced my roof and in the process corrected a ventilation issue that was flawed by design dating back to the 2001 build of the home. My second story level has always been noticeably hotter than the first story, well that is a thing of the past, even today when the temps are 100+ in the fine July Texas heat. Great service & detailed-oriented company. I just met with the owner who invited me to his office & took the time to go over the plans with me. I was most impressed with his knowledge on the subject matter & passion for his trade. I’ve heard great reviews from both former residential & commercial clients alike, so I thought I’d give Colt an opportunity to work on a house owned by the family.
