Extremely clean. Very professional and courteous staff, from the front desk to the hospitalist. It is obvious that everyone we encountered, loved their jobs and working there. Wait time on the sign out front said 13 minutes and it was accurate. We came from a neighboring hospital after waiting in their dirty ER waiting room for over 6 hours and enduring their apathetic rude staff.
Excellent hospital. We had a fabulous experience with their ER and being admitted to the pediatric unit even though the hospital was super busy and full. Stayed longer in the ER than we were supposed to but they made us comfortable anyway, and the room we were eventually moved to was like a hotel. Everyone was friendly and caring and helpful.
