In the beginning I thought wow this is great and easy. HOWEVER as I went to move in I gave them 3 weeks for $100 and paid a lot more than the asking price, all based on the recommendation of my agent. She recommended the inspector and the Colquitt agency was a dual agency (they also represented the seller.
