I bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents. Once they were able to confirm measurements the one I bought was too big. I asked for help to return and get the size they need, I was told it has been past 30 days for returns. I am not wanting my money back, I just want the right size. They are now ignoring my emails.

I am sharing with the public my disappointment regarding three 12’ poles I purchased only a year ago. Despite following proper maintenance and seasonal storage, the poles have developed permanent bends within one year of use, causing them to no longer stand straight. I bought a small 3'x4' privacy screen beige, from ColourTree USA. And it is an easy installation with zipties. We noticed a little flaw on the black border but put it up anyway. And not even 2 days later, the flaw got much bigger, not from anything, except that it was stretched taut. Not even 2 days later. Look at the pics. Yet, when we contacted this seller, they claim it appears to be heat damage. They are lying. How do they know. We are the ones who know. We put it up.
