Decided I wanted to get my nail colour changed and came to this locate nail studio. The lady at the front asked what service am I here for I said a colour changed. She then said sorry appointments ONLY. I replied why did u ask what service would I like if it’s appointments only? No answer. There was only 1 customer in there. Worst customer service ever. Have a sign on ur door stating appointments only.
Teresa is lovely and did a wonderful job will definitely be back
