Residents make sure the garage door is closed before leaving, so no strangers get in. Condo fees not as high as other new builds.
1 star extra is for location. As everyone else is saying. No AC, bad management, super cheap product. Mainly daily rentals. That is all the building is good for.....and hope you don't get bad reviews from it being a bad building.
Water was spilling randomly inside the condo. In the parking garage chemicals leaked onto my white car and damaged the paint. Now my white car has yellow spots.
