Got me in very quick and did a very nice job! Likely to go back for sure! Very sweet people.
I was not going to share. My experience was poor. I did not speak up. Paid for a deluxe pedicure and manicure both with gel. Both completed in under one hour. Nails not painted to cuticle, cuticles not trimmed or not trimmed well. Very minimal short massage. Forgot to massage one hand. My manicure pictures are the day after the service.
Been multiple times and service was totally INCONSISTENT! Lucy and Hong were great and I thought I had found my new place - quick service, great attention to detail, competitive pricing - but then at one appointment, I got handed off to Kenny mid service. I was heading to an event so I could not reschedule - I was there for pedi, acrylic fill, and single nail repair. Kenny’s own hands were filthy, and he reeked of smoke.
