Rude service. Told us to sit down then ended up having to wait over half an hour even though there was only 2 other clients in the salon. The water for my pedicure went cold I was waiting that long then the lady proceeded to get mad when I asked her to add hot water to it. Won’t be going back there again

Visited here yesterday on Saturday just to get gel polish on my nails, haven’t had my nails this annihilated in a long time. My own healthy strong nails are now thin and flexible, my pointer finger nail has split, my 2 art designs I asked for ($15) and it look like honest crap. She was unbothered, rushed, and so rough. Too bad I’m a shy person and don’t like making a bother then and there. But this morning I’ve just realised how thin my nails have been taken down, I’m so upset and I paid a stupid $55.
$65 for pedi - shellac. Was ok however it's been 7 hours and two toes have peeled off already. Filed my nails after a coat of paint so the tops are exposed. Won't be back. Update: woke up with two more nails with the paint completely peeled off. This place is dodgy so beware!
Lumpy, uneven and rude. My hands were slapped around and the result of my biab manicure are soft, bendable lumpy and uneven nails. Can't believe I paid for this service.
