Doctor Harrison is the best GP, by far, that I have ever seen. She listens to your concerns, takes them seriously, and will help you investigate further to rule things out. She has never made me feel rushed, never been dismissive of my thoughts or feelings, and is always patient. Couldn't recommend her enough. I saw Dr Fardon once too, and would be completely happy to see her again if Dr Harrison wasnt available, again, she listened and was happy to investigate symptoms further. Absolutely terrible service!! Never contacted me with results which were important. Had a phone consult with a GP after as they failed to send results to me in the first place. The receptionist refused to tell me the results unless I had a GP appointment. So I said am I able to have a telephone conference as I had moved over 6 hours away from the practice. The telephone call lasted for approx 5 minutes then charged me an $80 fee. This doctor practice is terrible I would not be going to this if I need to see a GP. They are al... read more

My GP is great but the customer service has a LOT of room for improvement. I showed up to my appointment this morning and was told that the GP wasn't in. Admin were adamant that they 'tried to contact me,' however I have no record of missed calls or emails. Yes mistakes can happen, but it's frustrating nonetheless. An admin staff member also accidentally emailed me another client's private medical information a few months ago. Not good form. I'm usually hesitant to write one star reviews but I've been really put off by this.
Had an online appt with Helen Barnett, she went on about herself & on about how dietician practices works in detail, & then told me she'd explained that so that she could explain why she couldn't help me but don't worry she wouldn't charge me for this session, I was so confused, eventually when she finally specifically said it was because I wasn't diagnosed by a GP & I said yes I was... that she then got confused & went back to the medical paperwork I'd forwarded, turned out she'd only looked at the diagnostic report & not t... read more
