These are super cute bungalow duplexes in a park like setting. Nice for downtown Vancouver!
Too many things to dislike about this place. 1- terrible mold and moisture in the house. The wall are even wet in the winter time when u touch them. It damaged lots of my stuff. And when told about it the facility don't move a finger 2- the coin op laundry machine was defective for 4 months. poor maintenance efficiency 3- I had my bbq grill stolen just outside my house 4- the heater operates so loud and smells terrible I felt like there was a bushfire in the house every time I turned it on.
