Great people. A elderly lady forgot her purse at home and they said "Don't worry about it get us next time." They are such a nice couple that care about their clients. Looking at the other reviews I would suggest you are clear with Genova on what exactly you want. I wasn't at first but she fixed what I needed.

Don’t go to this place! The place that I used to go closed down so I search for a new place and this place had good reviews so I decided to go. I went for a haircut, I just wanted about 2 inches which was what was damaged well she decided on her own to cut about 10 inches. I had my hair down to my waist and look at it now it’s a mess. I was shocked I didn’t know what to say I’ve been crying for 2 days because it took me years to grow my hair. Horrible, I don't recommend this place the lady cuts your hair like she wants not like you want.

This person lacks empathy and professionalism. If someone doesn't want to do additional stuff with their hair, they shouldn't have to be pressured through the use of negative comments. If you're not making enough money doing this, find another profession instead but don't make it someone elses problem.
