I only have experience about communication/responsiveness. I called requesting a damage assessment and quote from a minor collision and was asked to send pictures. I sent (texted) them in (also including a dealer quote), called and left voice messages for a several days and received no response.
This is hands down the best body shop in Middle TN. They give you fair estimates and do great detailed work with the repairs. The quality of work is definitely unmatched compared to other local shops, and you definitely will not have to worry about your vehicle being left with them. The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is just that the communication can be a little better.
What a great experience! I highly recommend! Colorkraft was professional, courteous, understanding, communicative, knowlegeable, and highly skilled. They were able to get my Q3 back to new, and in a timely fashion! Thanks Colorkraft!
Did a great job on a repair that other collision shops wouldn't touch because the car was deemed a "total loss" by the insurance company! Great work! Great staff!
