Nail application was great and executed exact design I wanted. I love the shape and color. They are so cute. They were patient and helpful. Though, the lady who my pedicure after my toes were painted by other person, disregarded that I had a cut and she applied stuff that caused quite a bit of burning. She also did my lip and brow wax. She didn't ask me anything on preference of wax type. She used soft wax. I said I can't use soft wax since it cause skin issues for me. My skin ripped a little. I didn't notice until after. i dont like how they did my after nails after i showed them a picture of exactly what i wanted and they said i was picky and my my inspo was too complicated. I would have loved for them to tell me that before they started. Now i have to get my nails done somewhere else. that was a waste of time.
