Untrustworthy Contractor - Beware! Mr. Lugassy's written contract promised three (3) coats of paint to entire exterior of home. Only TWO coats were actually fulfilled - one base coat and one color coat (leaving many hours worth of touch-up work for us where the white base coat is still visible due to inadequate color coverage).
