rent is supposed to be 850 but they charge multiple water bills. Rent keeps coming over 200 dollars original price. Don’t move here if you want to pay 1100 for a damn 1 bedroom small ssa apartment. the way they move is very illegal. not to mention they NEVER tell you that bills are “allocated”
