Steve is a perfectionist, he takes care of your car, and the work he does is amazing. He worked on our Mercedes ML550 in Obsidian Black Pearl, which had swirls and other imperfections all over it. When he was finished, the paint looked as if we bought it brand new. He also coated the entire vehicle in Opti Coat Pro, which is amazing and makes washing a black vehicle so much easier. It looks like it was just detailed after a hand wash and drying.
