most of the ma’s & the one nurse are absolutely wonderful along with most of the doctors but management really needs to get their stuff together . this office is an absolute disaster . they can’t get referrals out in a timely manner (resulting in having to wait FOREVER for an appointment with who they’re referring you to) , the office manager is incredibly two faced when speaking with patients vs behind their back when they’re gone . DO NOT use this office for your gynecology or baby needs . go to st. mary’s instead !

I had a 3:00 appointment yesterday and arrived early to the building where Dr. Cortez’s office was for my last visit, not realizing it had moved two buildings over. I struggled to find the right building and called at exactly 3:03 to say I was in the medical complex but having a hard time finding their office, the woman on the phone said it was okay and they'd see me shortly. I have never felt more like a number than I have been made to feel by this office. The front staff and one of the nurses I had the most contact with are great. Its the doctors that I have an issue with. Ive experienced two miscarriages while under care of this office and have never been offered to dive i to the why, check deeper when ive raised concerns, and dismissed when I knew something was wrong. I was met with "well, we can tie your tubes, or use birth control" so a bandaid instead of actual root cause investigations. W... read more
