Friendly people. Very patient! Except if you’re stupid. Just be kind and know that if something doesn’t go well, it’s usually the handyman‘s fault not the people in the office.
I knew previous manager many yrs. Trusted him untill I rented from Colo West. Very rude & unprofessional. Ignorant of customer service & public relations. I saved his end by taking over an existing lease. No repairs were made after we inspected place. Was NOT cleaned b4 I moved in. With cleaning person unlocking my door anytime of day to clean for 3 weeks after my lease began. Invaided privacy. Office didn't correct this procedure. I work at Colorado West Property Management and it is an excellent company to work for and work with. I am disappointed at the negative online reviews that people are allowed to publish with no fact checking required. The biggest reason for a negative review seems to be money withheld from a deposit. When a tenant gives proper notice (30 calendar days and in writing), cleans thoroughly (refrigerator, oven, light fixtures, etc.), they have the carpets professionally cleaned (as stated in the lease) and there is no damage t... read more
