I've been here a few times for myself and my wife. I'ts always been a good experience with excellent staff. I've always gotten good prescriptions which hasn't aways been the case at other businesses. For me it points to good business and specifically hiring practices by the owners of the franchise. I'll go back next time.

I have always had amazing customer service at Pearle Vision, but this visit was disappointing. The front desk was lovely, the doctor was great! Very funny and comfortable. Then when I usually need the most help is actually choosing the glasses. I need a 2nd opinion and suggestions. The guy that was given us (my wife and I) sat in the chair waiting for us to make a decision. We felt uncomfortable as if we were an inconvenience.
