I've reached out 3 times about getting the specs on an old prescription for computer filters with zero response to phone, email, or Facebook inquiry. I spent several hundred dollars on top of what my insurance covered and it seems as though the only time I hear from them is when they want more money from me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT give these folks your business.

I recently had my annual exam. This office is efficient and the staff is thorough, they offer a comprehensive supply of frames and contact lenses. If you are contemplating a change of optical service providers, 20/20 Vision Care should be at the top of your list. Your optical health is their priority. Dr. Larson has been my optical specialist for more than 30 years. He does great work.
