Dr. Anderson was professional in person. I have used him for over 10 years based on the recommendation of my primary care physician. At the appointments it was a good experience. The problem is with the follow up questions. Their answering service takes 10 to 20 minutes to get through. When asked to get a callback, they never called back. When I finally got in contact with a Nurse at their Louisville Office they indicated they never got a message to call to me back. So far, it’s been impossible to get thru on a phone line to make an appointment. It shouldn’t be so hard to make an appointment, especially post ER.
