NEVER will I go there again! No one knows Trauma Informed care! Their overall knowledge of OPT is flawed, deviant and outdated. All old staff need to be educated in BH, or be replaced as vulnerable humans who deserve advocacy get no help! Its basically ran like a mill! Since it's disconnected from actual medical facilities, every employee is under qualified, and I dont know why they call them doctors there, doctors are well educated, humble, and understand TIC! I want to say thank you to the Nurse practitioner Dee Higgins. Who went above her call of duty. Was in for my annual. Blood pressure was extremely high. Not only did she get it under control but the concern she had for me was amazing. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and it's not just a job. So thank you Ms. Dee Higgins.
Staff member who answered the phone was very rude. Not helpful at all and used demeaning words, making me feel like I was stupid.
