I've never been into the place. I was legally parked on the public street in front of the business having a phone conversation when (I'm assuming) the owner pulls up out of the property in a vehicle and asked if I needed help. I stated I was on a phone call. He parks his car on the street, walks back by mine taking photos of me and my vehicle license plate.
