I've never been into the place. I was legally parked on the public street in front of the business having a phone conversation when (I'm assuming) the owner pulls up out of the property in a vehicle and asked if I needed help. I stated I was on a phone call. He parks his car on the street, walks back by mine taking photos of me and my vehicle license plate. Stopped in a couple years ago for a hail sale and the sales person said he would show me the invoice of what they paid for the trailer... also had some damage from shipping. I made the deal thinking that it was somewhat decent. When I got home I realized that there was frame damage that wasn’t disclosed to me, as well as overall cheap build quality. I purchased a new custom trailer from them. Paid extra for a blackout package and within months the paint is peeling. They refuse to do anything about it except sell me new ones. You would think that the paint would not peel so soon. They blamed it on mag chloride. I keep my trailer very clean. I will not be doing any further business with them.
Julie and Tyler really took care of me well. Also gave me a first class education about trailers in the process. I am very happy with my trailer and contemplating another... Thanks CO Trailers!!!
