Great Stuff Colorado Timberline is so cool. I went to the warehouse and the way the make things is really neat. My DECA chapter is trying to setup an E Store with them so we can order and customize products. I love Colorado Timberline
Try to find another source!!! I would have to disagree with all of the reviews here. I have been yelled at and hung up on for asking them to rectify their mistakes. I have received anything but kind words when I asked for help and insisted on some sort of responsible response to mistakes made by the company. Today I had this experience: Don't want to come off as unreasonable or a business person who does not make every attempt to work with a B2B partner so I will try to keep this as factual as possible. Custom Service I absolutely love Colorado Timberline. They cater to all of your custom needs and their prices are really low also. They make all kinds of custom items such as blankets and cups. They're really great with customers too. I know the owner myself.
Company has overcharged me shipping by $300+ and it has been months without a refund. They claim the post office had an error with their machine (?) and was overcharging until I caught it, about a week later after it started happening. They will not let you speak to a manager and have promised the money for about 30 days. Beware, use another supplier! I wish i would have read the horrible reviews before I started doing business with them.
