I came to CTAC to get an assessment and was frustrated about the lack of communication on their end. They were not forthcoming about how long the process would take and I had to reach out several times for a status update. I was on a waitlist for 2ish months (which is to be expected) but then waited six weeks after completing testing without hearing from them.
