Love CTU.. I have been attending since the beginning of this year & I'm enjoying every step. I hit a few bumps in the road but my advisors helped me stick with it.
I've had trouble with online classes before and CTU online is by far the best ,it's easy to use and everything is right in front of you .And there's always help when needed and that was a major thing for me was to get help when I needed it ...

I am thinking of leaving because my classes were covered then they sent me a $41 stipend then told me that I owe the same amount now if my classes were covered why would you want my $41 stipend back I will be leaving soon as well then they have me on a hold because of the 41 but I am not paying it because they shouldn't have sent me a stipend if they knew it would be a $41 difference. I have been a student via the online program with only 4 months to go and have to say i love the blended approach, classroom time and how the courses are structured. CTU is second to none!
I love how supportive the staff is about you reaching your goals! They are really invested in your success!
Your recruiter is rude very unprofessional not to mention the attitude given there is no way I would continue my education with the treatment I received from your department. Unbelievable!!

If I could give this school a zero I would the financial aid department is horrible. I've never had so much trouble with financial aid until I got here. They have no communication skills. Than when you talk about going to another college they threaten you stating that you will have to pay for the classes that you took. How is it my fault finicial aid isn't doing their job? If you can please I advise you don't come here!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Word to the wise, don't enroll in courses here. They will suck you dry and leave you with another balance impossible to pay. They don't care about students, they only care about taking all of your money. I was left paying hundreds of dollars every term because they said that financial aid didn't cover my classes.
