unfortunately never received my diploma from them after a couple years of battling them over it and a money mistake on their end. Still no diploma and feel like a hostage due to a mistake. Wish they would work with me at least give me my transcripts, after all they had no problem taking my financial aid.
I am enrolled in the Doctor of Management program and so far, this school is great. I look forward to earning the title of Dr from CTU.

The financial aid department is a joke. Recently spoke with Financial aid advisor Corrine. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been attending CTU since 2016 and I have never encountered anything like this. I am so close to graduating but after that experience I want to withdraw and go to another online school, one that would be more than happy to assist. The Admission staff along with all other staff are great**
I had a hard time picking an online school until I spoke with my Admissions advisor she really made me feel comfortable and was very helpful as well. After finishing my orientation I found the online campus easier to navigate through and they have amazing resources. I am excited about getting my bachelors there and the journey ahead!!
