It's the last day in class, I've spent hours working with tech support so that I could access to online application with no resolution. I've been having issues for the last month that have kept me from taking tests and submitting assignments. Without access I'm going to fail, and with only a few hours left in the course I'm being told that they cannot help me and it looks like I'm going to fail the class and have to retake it, and pay for it again. They understand you need and wants. They are compassionate about everyone of there student's. I already have my associate degree and now I'm returning back to get my bachelor's degree.
Currently enrolled in the BSBA program and plan to continue higher education. Amazing Professors and Instructors with more than impressive credentials that obtain a vast amount of knowledge to provide. Although I am taking my classes 100% online as I reside in South Florida, I feel I have better and more communication with all the faculty and staff, as supposed to when I lived on campus at Kent State- although the internet wasn’t so big then yet... 2001-2002 era. If you fill out the information request be ready to be hounded incessantly!!! The university itself may be great. However, just in requesting information, I was hounded non stop, having received close to 20 calls in less than 24 hours. When I called to ask to not be contacted again, no apology was given. The advisor seemed upset I was not happy with being hounded. I then messaged the college itself, as the local advisor is not always indicative of the actual company.
