I had an ongoing leak and located the bad shingle myself after a handful of roofers failed to do so. I made a temporary patch myself to confirm I had found the leak location. After a bad experience with the other roofers, I got a few quotes from new companies to replace a large section of shingles. I liked CSR the best over the phone and in person. He was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Was able to schedule an inspection to meet my schedule and timeline. Performed a great comprehensive inspection and providing the photos to be able to point out all aspects of what he observed in an expert and relatable way.
