Jacob was fantastic! Have had a couple of issues with the homebuilder and the work of their contracted sub's (roof has leaked in multiple locations over the year we have owned the home). I wanted a second opinion after the latest incident and subsequent repairs. Jacob was knowledgable and articulate. He took the time to diagnose before offering his opinion. I appreciate the thoughtful approach. You very rarely get that when dealing with folks in the trades. I would absolutely recommend Jacob and CSRE!!

I am so grateful I went with a second opinion on my roof with Colorado Superior Roofing. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Kevin coordinated my inspection sooner than the original appointment after a last minute request from me. Most importantly, they gave me an honest report on my roof, as opposed to the first inspection report I got from another company. I would highly recommend Colorado Superior Roofing.
