Shame on you for allowing the harassment of two potential students. You failed in your jobs to provide a safe and secure place for ALL who step foot on your campus.
It is hard enough to get into an expensive US university without having the police called on you before even getting in.
Racist treatment of aboriginal or any other people is never alright
This college claims to be open and welcoming to students from all walks of life. You seemed pretty silent when a "anonymous" caller was able to get police to corner, confront and humiliate two high school students on a college tour. Post that caller's name. Let her prejudice be known to the people. You claim there is no room for hate, so stop harboring those that hate.

You should be ashamed for condoning racism. Why your tour guide did not react? And why you did not do something to those poor two guys, who were so badly treated at your premises? You owe them at least a private tour...

I would really like to hear from the lady that called the police and also If she felt that scared to call the police on a college tour, that is not the place for her kid to attend college...
The racist incident that recently occurred on your campus should never have been allowed to happen. But since it did, you should be offering those two boys full rides, not just a VIP campus tour. This should be your chance to redeem yourself and support and celebrate diversity within your campus. As an institute of higher learning you need to do better.
