I have a rental property where the renter is in charge of the utilities and is current on his bill. Power was turned off by CSU yesterday morning because of a problem with a solar system that was installed incorrectly 3 years ago. I (the owner) was not notified prior to electric being turned off. Per CSU procedures, I was told that I was supposed to receive a certified letter giving me 2 days to rectify this problem.
