Yesterday, my mother's electricity went out. I called their customer service number (719) 448-4800. The call was answered promptly by Cynthia. Cynthia couldn't have been more helpful! She was polite, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Another neighbor had also called, so the utility worker was there by the time I finished my call with Cynthia. They don’t really have competition so can do whatever they want, website to pay bills is confusing and not user friendly, customer service is non responsive to emails, when you talk to customer service on the phone they’ll lie to you about deadlines and fees that don’t happen, they’ll charge you $30 for attempting to use a cashiers check at their kiosk because it’ll bounce without any warning that the kiosk only accepts regular checks (the new kiosk has a wanting about how it doesn’t accept cashiers checks but the old one di... read more
