Rick was amazing. Finding a house in the current market, especially with my specifications is really difficult. I can’t tell you how many houses we saw, probably well over 40 over 4 a month span. Rick found me my home and it is exactly what I was looking for and I got it without the crazy bidding war since we were able to be patient. He got me a great deal and fought for my best interest.
