First time pregnancy and not knowing where to go can feel overwhelming, but the Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center was super helpful in confirming the pregnancy and then scheduling an ultrasound for free. They also have tons of resources such as a parenting mentor class that can earn baby bucks to get supplies for your child, nutrition, a list of doctors, where to go to get assistance to apply for Medicaid for insurance, the list goes on and it’s all so helpful.
I called because I heard and read nothing but good things about this place. They answered fast which was nice but the lady answering had an attitude about the call not being clear. Said I sounded far away, I didn’t have my phone on speaker or away from my mouth. I understand connections can be wonky at times but it’s not ok to be so rude about it.
I don’t normally do reviews, good or bad, but I couldn’t pass this one up. Absolutely loved my experience here. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I was even able to joke around a bit. I felt completely at ease and comfortable. My provider talked me through everything she was doing and answered all of my questions and/or concerns I had. I have never had an experience like this one for my reproductive healthcare before this one. Absolutely amazing. Thank you all for such great care.
