I just purchased a Multistrada V4s from this dealer a few days ago and had no issues with my experience. The salesman Connor was great. However, a friend of mine went to purchase the same model bike. We had plans to ride together and go out on adventures. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience this morning was so disappointing that I feel other customers should know what happened. Yesterday evening, around closing time, I called to ask about a Ducati Multistrada V4 I saw on the dealership’s website. I was told the bike was available, so I scheduled an appointment for 9 am the next morning when the dealership opened. Update: I emailed the person who responded below on July 8 to talk about this. It's now July 18th, no response. Also, I discovered this bike has a crankcase oil leak & leaky fork seals. I've had it for a month & have barely ridden it around the neighborhood. God knows what else is going on with it. Sigh. Used bike buyers beware: I just purchased a used Triumph from Sun Powersports. Sun Powersports once they got to my bike I have a Ducati 899. They repaired it quickly and and with excellent precision and quality, I had them replaced my fork seals, brake pads, and a new chain and sprocket. Everything is balanced correctly and feels a great on the road phenomenal service. And polite customer service as well
