I have been going to the Colorado Springs Orthopedic Physical Therapy South office for years. I always felt cared for when Roger was in charge of the staff. I had my knee replacement surgery in March 2025 and had 3 surgeries after to help me to bend my knee to 120 degrees and try to get off of a walker. It’s been a slow and steady process which I have physically and mentally have come to terms with since my recovery is not what the Dr typically sees. I was pleased with the PT that I received here. I was skeptical about PT, both from seeing others have poor results or experience less than optimal competency from the therapists. A family member was sent to that that place on 21st Street and we were appalled at how lame it was. She went once and we decided to never return. I had had physical therapy a few year earlier and thought that they didn't know what they were doing. Everyone in this office was very professional and friendly. Access into the facility is smooth and easy. The therapists seem to be very knowledgeable with all parts of the human body. I know this is my first visit, but eventually, my pain levels will subside, and the outcome will be great. Can't wait!!

I called to make an appointment after having severe neck pain, refered by my primary after having X-rays.I was told I couldn't make an appointment until I had an MRI.They can't treat from an X-ray. I did that and then made the appointment. They took me in 55 Minutes after my scheduled appointment and told my my films weren't available to them yet did I want to reschedule, I then offered them to look on my phone to see the films and was told that wouldn't work,the Dr had to have them in the system.
