Excellent Doctor/Surgeon and staff... But! The post op appointment was impossible for me, as the line for "processing" (admittance) was 20 or 25 people long, and in 10 minutes ONE person moved up in line. My level of pain was bad, and I wound up leaving, without seeing anyone. Take your own chair, as there is no provision for patient comfort, until you get through the line. My opinion is the Office Administration has callous disregard for the people seeking help.
