I had ended up needing a wisdom tooth extraction, and Peak Vista Dental sent me to the Southpoint location for these offices. Setting up an appointment was made easy by their kind reception. I was honestly quite nervous but the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, the facility was really well kept, and Dr Eric Ringer was absolutely amazing. My daughter has her wisdom teeth removed today and was treated so great by your entire team! She was a little nervous but left saying how quick it went with her chocolate ice cream from your sweet staff. I will definitely recommend you all! Especially after a text to check in on my girl after we got home.
Dr. Eric Ringer did an amazing job on my procedure. I was scared and he came in like a Rockstar and took excellent care of me. Post op communication from him made sure all my questions were answered. Also, his staff provided me excellent support from making appointments, in office procedure support and beyond. Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it was a good experience, the staff, assistant, and dentist were all very nice, reassuring and overall I had a pleasant experience. Couldn’t have had a smoother process anywhere else than what I had today !
The staff at the office were so friendly and accommodating! They took great care of me, made me feel at ease, and got my procedure done quickly and painlessly.
