Great experience for a 1st appt from checkin to checkout. The MA checking in (sorry didn’t catch her name) was polite and quick offering kind words and encouragement while I was filling out intake forms, Ally was friendly, down to earth and attentive while prescreening and encouraging, Dr Stevens was very attentive; listened to understand instead of rushing. This place is a joke, i’ve had my referral sent in since December and it’s been sent in five times. I’ve called around seven times left five voicemails. Never got a call back. Finally went into the location was told I could schedule for April then was told I couldn’t schedule until June or July. I’ll be talking to me doctor and going somewhere else. Do not waste your time. Find another neurological place.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I showed up for my appointment last week, Dr McDonald decided to go into a procedure with a different patient. I already paid my copay and couldn’t wait the hour until he was done. Rescheduled for this week. They called initially because I had been put into the wrong type of appointment, I explained what happened and they kept me in it. Now they called to say he has a meeting that morning and I need to get scheduled in later that day, which doesn’t work for me. This place is awful... read more
I have a head injury. I was sent to them and they are doing nothing for me. They are not taking headaches and nausea and fainting and pain. And confusion and everything that I'm going through. I keep telling them I need to see something for cognitive.I'm forgetting my birthdays, things I just talk about. I forget and it's not dementia. It's my head injury. But they won't listen to me.
